Our house was an extremely challenging build/renovation with possibly 18 months planning. Steve and the team allowed us to conduct portions of the project ourselves, which can be challenging but the planning and communication made it seamless. To be residing in the house by Xmas was the aim and we were able to take possession by mid November, an outstanding effort considering we were not the easiest client in regards to changing a few things on the go I couldn’t recommend Everest any higher, the difference between having people who are hands on and invested in the business is quite staggering and ensured the build was as stress free as it could be. We were made to feel like a part of the process not just another build. We have had numerous discussions since settlement regarding a number of queries with great advice, it never seems to be a problem and always happy to have a chat about things.
Would definitely use Everest again if I ever undertook another project.
