Everest Building are a husband and wife team, Steven and Emma Arnett. With Steven’s building expertise and experience, and Emma’s environmental background, they truly are the dream team for your Perth eco home.
Steven Arnett
DIRECTOR AND BUILDER
Steven is a registered building practitioner and trade qualified carpenter, with over 30 years’ trade and project management experience in the building industry, with some of Western Australia’s largest building companies. Throughout this time, Steven has strived for perfection, which has earned him both personal and industry building awards; including the ‘BGC Supervisor of the Year Award’ and ‘PACT Construction Employee of the Month’ (3 times).
Integrity, reliability, flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and a friendly nature, are just some of the many qualities that make Steven the builder of choice for your home. In addition, Steven has both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience to effectively manage and supervise all building projects, ensuring they’re always completed on time and within budget.
Emma Arnett
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Emma provides environmental consulting and administrative support. The knowledge she attained through her environmental science degree, fuelled her interest and passion even further and is yet another reason why Everest Building Company is the perfect choice for your Perth environmentally sustainable and energy efficient home.
High-level listening and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail are just some of Emma’s many skills that ensure a smooth process from initial conception, to project completion.
